The path to becoming an experienced mindfulness teacher isn’t a straight line — it’s a journey

At times this journey will challenge you to get out of your comfort zone. It will ask you to deepen your own practice and understanding of mindfulness, while learning how to guide others with authenticity and care.

Along the way, you’ll be called to build teaching skills, gather resources, and understand the architecture of a strong curriculum.

There may be moments of doubt, resistance or stress — these are in fact opportunities to apply for yourself the practices and tools that you get to share with others.

And with your commitment these challenges will not be obstacles, but stepping stones to your success as a mindfulness teacher, and your growth as a human being!

That’s Why We Created This Certification

We built this Certification to help you take the next step — not only in your own mindfulness practice, but in your ability to confidently guide others on their mindfulness journey.

You bring your intention to walk your teaching path.
And we will bring:

Hi Friend, I’m Stan

I’m the founder of the Mindfulness Teacher Academy and creator of this Certification training.

I’ve had the privilege of teaching mindfulness to individuals and groups, both in-person and online. I’ve taught at organizations like Accenture, SAP and the European Parliament, and shared mindfulness with over 10,000 students worldwide. And I’ve been working as a manager for various mindfulness organizations.

Safe to say, mindfulness is my field of passion. And I’ve created this Certification to empower the next generation of mindfulness teachers, with a top-level yet accessible teacher training, that is rooted in practice.

Most importantly, I believe this journey can be transformationalNot in some mystical, guru-on-a-mountain kind of way. But in a way that quietly changes how you see yourself, as you gather the resources you need to become a confident mindfulness teacher, and to share what matters most.

Becoming a Mindfulness Teacher Isn’t About Being Perfect — It’s About Being Real.

Now before we go further, let’s clear something up. You don’t need to be the most ‘zen’ person in the room to start your mindfulness teaching journey. You don’t need to sit still for hours, speak in whispers, or have everything figured out.

All you need is a commitment to your own awareness, growth and authenticity — and a desire to share mindfulness with others in whatever way feels right to you.

So whether you want to:

  • Start leading mindfulness classes
  • Integrate mindfulness into your professional role
  • Deepen your mindfulness path
  • Or simply share something that’s helped you…

We meet you where you are at — and walk with you as far as you want to go.
