We may collect and process personal data when you visit our website, register for an account or enroll in an online course, participate in course activities such as comments, forums, or assignments, sign up for our newsletter or other communications, purchase a course or other product, contact us via email or contact forms, or participate in live online sessions such as Zoom sessions.

We process personal data only where necessary and proportionate, for the purposes described below.

a. Website use and analytics

When you visit our website, we may collect technical data such as your IP address (in anonymised or truncated form where possible), browser type and device information, and pages visited and general usage statistics.

This data is processed using analytics and advertising tools to understand how the website is used, improve website performance and content, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

b. Account registration and course participation

When you register for a course or create an account, we process your name, email address, and country (if requested).

During courses, we may also process comments, forum posts, or reflections you voluntarily share, assignments or written, audio, or video submissions, and course progress and completion data.

Some reflections may relate to personal wellbeing experiences. We do not request clinical or medical data. Any personal information shared in this context is provided voluntarily by you.

c. Certificates of completion

We process your name and course completion status to issue certificates of completion and allow you to download or access those certificates.

At present, we do not share completion data with third parties.

d. Live sessions (Zoom)

If you participate in live online sessions, personal data may include your name or username, email address (depending on your Zoom settings), and audio and/or video if you actively participate.

Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes. Where recordings are made, participants are informed in advance and may choose not to appear on camera or microphone.

e. Email communications

If you subscribe to our mailing list or become a customer, we may process your name (optional) and email address.

We use this data to send transactional emails related to your purchases or courses, newsletters and updates, and marketing communications about new programs or resources.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

f. Payments and invoicing

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details ourselves.

We process your name, email address, and billing information required for invoicing and refunds.

  1. User-generated content and visibility

Some parts of our courses may include forums or comment areas. Content you post there may be visible to other participants in the same course.

Please share only information you are comfortable sharing in a learning environment. We are not responsible for personal data you voluntarily disclose in such spaces.

  1. Who has access to your personal data?

Access to your personal data is limited to the data controller and authorised service providers who process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data.

  1. Third-party service providers (processors)

We use carefully selected third-party services to operate our business, including a WordPress website hosted by Hostinger, the Thinkific course platform, MailerLite for email marketing, Stripe (via SureCart) for payments, Zoom for live sessions, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads for analytics and advertising, and Thinkific and YouTube for video hosting, with potential use of Vimeo in the future.

These providers process personal data only as necessary to deliver their services and in accordance with their own privacy policies.

  1. International data transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards are applied, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms in accordance with GDPR.

We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper website functionality, analyse website usage, and support advertising and remarketing campaigns.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.
